Lease Options
6th Dimension Apartments offers two different lease options for a 1, 2, or 3 bedroom. You may choose from a 6-month or a 12-month lease agreement. A deposit is required upon move in and is the same price as the monthly rental amount. The following are the current lease rates:
6 Month Lease 12 Month Lease
One Bedroom - 720 sq. ft $ 900 $ 850
Two Bedroom - 905 sq. ft $ 975 $ 925
Three Bedroom - 1,200 sq. ft. $1,145 $1,095
Garages are available, and are an additional $100 per month.

Trash and water are included in the utilities. Tenants pay electricity and gas. No smoking and pet friendly with restrictions.
